WHAT
Alder Email offers three email template options to InComm InCentives customers using the Alder API product.
WHY
Alder Email serves a range of partners with varying demographic needs depending on their business model (loyalty and incentive programs, mobile applications, etc.). InComm sought to cover the general needs of Alder Email’s existing and future customers by building them three templates with customizable fields—colors, logos, program name, and company info. Since most InComm customers do not have in-house development teams, they rely on InComm to implement and quickly customize these templates to fit their program needs.
HOW
Using Adobe XD, I created mock-ups informed by the initial design specs provided by stakeholders. After researching the email template requirements to ensure the mock-ups were aligned with current standards, we went through a few iterative rounds until the final email templates were approved.

The mock-ups were provided along with design specs to development to build out the final product; Alder Email is now offered to all Alder API clients.
